ORDERS

  • Unfortunately, due to recent GPSR regulations, we no longer ship to European Union countries, including Northern Ireland. However, for any other country, please select the country at checkout.

  • Yup, no worries! As long as your order has not been processed or dispatched, we can make changes for you. Just email thatssokitschy@outlook.com or send us a DM on Instagram @thatssokitschy and we’ll sort out any changes for you.

    Just remember to reference your order number!

  • Firstly, we are so sorry about that!

    Kitschy is one-woman-band therefore it’s inevitable that there will be a couple of mistakes made along the way. But don’t fret! If you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, simply drop an email letting us know to thatssokitschy@outlook.com or send us a DM on Instagram @thatssokitschy and we’ll get it sorted for you ASAP!

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and ClearPay.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them.

    Please keep in mind Kitschy is a one-woman operation so during busy periods there may be slight delays (I promise I’m packing as fast as humanly possible!).

    All orders are shipped via courier selected at checkout and you’ll receive confirmation once your goodies are on the way.

    We don’t dispatch on weekends or UK National Holidays.

  • If you’ve had your dispatch email, your order is officially on the move.

    We recommend tracking your parcel using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Please note it can take 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking to activate.

    For UK orders, we usually recommend allowing 3–5 working days for Standard delivery. If you selected Tracked 48, you’ll see more detailed tracking updates.

    For international orders, delivery timeframes vary depending on the country and the type of shipping you chose at checkout

    If it’s been longer than expected, feel free to get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings — thanks for understanding. We are also unable to accept the return of any personalised items.

    If you have any issues with your order or something isn’t quite right, please email Kit at thatssokitschy@outlook.com and we’ll do our best to help.

SHIPPING

  • Unfortunately, due to recent GPSR regulations, we no longer ship to European Union countries, including Northern Ireland. However, for any other country, please select the country at checkout.

  • Don’t worry — it happens!

    Royal Mail should have left a card with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office.

  • If a parcel isn’t collected within the timeframe provided by Royal Mail, it may be returned to us.

    For international orders, returns can take up to 4 weeks to arrive back with us.

    Once we’ve received your parcel, we’ll email you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional postage costs will need to be covered before we can resend your order.

    If we’re unable to reach you, or we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll automatically issue a refund (excluding original postage costs). You’ll receive email confirmation once this has been processed.

Jewellery care

  • Checkout the Jewellery Care page for all information regarding looking after your Kitschy jewellery.

  • Our primary material is laser-cut acrylic, which is super lightweight and comes in an array of colours and finishes. We always pair the acrylic with stainless steel hardware, so even those with sensitive ears can rock their Kitschy favourites without worry.

  • To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.

    As tempting as it is to wear your jewellery 24/7, we recommend removing it before bed. Our pieces are delicate and can become damaged if worn while sleeping.

    Taking a little extra care will help your jewellery stay looking great for longer.

  • Pre-Order allows you to purchase and secure a product that is currently in production and will be dispatched to you by a specific date stated on the product page and within your confirmation email.
