WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-Order allows you to purchase and secure a product that is currently in production and will be dispatched to you by a specific date stated on the product page and within your confirmation email.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT ONLINE?
Yup, no worries! As long as your order has not been processed or dispatched, we can make changes for you. Just email thatssokitschy@outlook.com or send us a DM on Instagram @thatssokitschy and we’ll sort out any changes for you.

MY ORDER WAS WRONG/INCOMPLETE?
Firstly, we are so sorry about that!
Kitschy is one-woman-band therefore it’s inevitable that there will be a couple of mistakes made along the way. But don’t fret! If you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, simply drop an email letting us know to thatssokitschy@outlook.com or send us a DM on Instagram @thatssokitschy and we’ll get it sorted for you ASAP!
